Inktuition is a design and matching tool: it helps you explore tattoo ideas, generate design previews, and connect with independent tattoo artists. You must be 18 or older to use it. By using Inktuition, you agree to these terms.

You own the ideas, prompts, and photos you submit. By submitting them, you grant Inktuition a license to process and store them for the purpose of generating designs, matching you with artists, and operating the features described in our Privacy Policy. Designs Inktuition generates for you are yours to use, including bringing them to an artist for a real tattoo.

Don't submit prompts, images, or messages that request sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual imagery, hate symbols or hate-group iconography, or content glorifying real-world violence against identifiable people or groups. We use automated screening plus our own review to enforce this, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it. Our Content Policy sets out these rules in full, including what is allowed and how review works.

Artists on Inktuition are independent professionals, not Inktuition employees or agents. Inktuition helps you discover and message artists and manage booking requests, but we are not a party to any tattoo session, quote, or agreement you make with an artist, and we don't guarantee an artist's availability, pricing, or work quality. Any tattoo procedure carries inherent health and permanence risks — that's between you and the artist you choose, and standard informed-consent practices at their studio apply.

By claiming or creating your Inktuition profile you let Inktuition show the tattoo photos you upload to your portfolio in the app and on the website, always credited to you and linked to your profile, for as long as “Feature my work” is switched on. You can switch it off, or unfeature any single piece, at any time, and it stops showing right away. You keep every other right: Inktuition never sells, sublicenses or redraws your work, and photos we gathered from public listings are never part of this.

Separately, and only if you switch on “Allow training”, you let Inktuition use your featured uploads to train its own style models so generated concepts can learn from your style. It stays off unless you turn it on, it never covers photos from public listings, it does not transfer ownership, and you can switch it off at any time, after which your work leaves future training runs.

Both switches live in your artist portal settings. This wording is version 2026-10-01; your profile records which version you agreed to.

Design previews are AI-generated approximations meant to communicate an idea to an artist — not a guarantee of how a finished tattoo will look, heal, or fit your body. Always confirm final design details directly with your artist before getting tattooed.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may apply reasonable rate limits (e.g. daily design-generation caps) to keep the service available and cost-sustainable for everyone, and may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Inktuition is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inktuition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including outcomes of tattoo sessions arranged with artists you find through it.

We may update these terms as Inktuition evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If content on Inktuition infringes your copyright, shows an intimate image of you shared without consent, or is otherwise unsafe, you can report it at inktuition.app/report. We review every report and remove violating content. For copyright, that page serves as our designated point of contact for takedown notices; submitting one requires a good-faith statement and your contact details so we can follow up. We remove content promptly and may remove accounts of repeat infringers.
